This one goes back to the mid 80’s when I used to spend my summers in Roccatederighi at my grandma’s house. Nada was one of the restaurants my parents loved to dine at, and my last visit to this restaurant was probably in 1986, when Nada was running the business and her acquacotta was already a signature dish. Fast forward almost 40 years and I randomly ended up in front of my grandma’s old house during a Tuscany trip with my wife. The actual town of Roccatederighi was only 3 min away, so I decided to take a stroll down to memory lane. Read moreDoes delicious tuscan cuisine with a stunning view in the medieval village of Roccatederighi sound tempting? Da Nada never disappoints. I had not visited for 6 years and was warmly greeted by Laura and her team. The home made ravioli melted in our mouths and the rabbit was delicious. The local wine recommended by Laura was also enjoyable. We did not have room left for desert but will return. The friendly and courteous service was outstanding and made our visit special. Thank you Laura, we will be back, so lucky that it is only a 45 minute drive from Iesa. After lunch we enjoyed a stroll through the medieval village of...
