ECB - Eternal City Brewing — Restaurant in Rome

I was staying at a hotel near the airport to catch a flight the next day and decided to go find something to eat nearby. I ran across this place looking through google maps and was pleasantly surprised. It is in a for lack of better words an industrial park type area in case you have problems finding it.

I got a burger and a beer and both were great. Atmosphere is as good and I was glad I got there early as you can tell this place gets packed on nights where it is nice outside.

I will definitely be back next time...

This is only the third review I’ve ever taken the time to write which is a good sign. Giorgio and the whole staff were excellent. Truly friendly and spoke great English my fiancée and I truly truly enjoyed everything about this brew pub. The bbq sandwiches and beer were excellent and it was a fun environment off the beaten path. Giorgio went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and was a great conversationalist I truly hope we get the chance...

Abbiamo pensato di visitare il birrificio a pranzo, essendo aperto fin dalle 10. Con altri 2 amici ci siamo recati lì a pranzo ma ci hanno informato che per il momento, non era possibile pranzare ma solo cenare. Tuttavia ci hanno consigliato come risolvere l'inconveniente, dato che volevamo bere delle birre: Enzo ci ha gentilmente proposto di recarci a prendere qualcosa da mangiare al supermercato un po' più avanti e tornare al birrificio a mangiare. Abbiamo accolto il suggerimento con grande entusiasmo perché questo ci ha permesso di degustare le ottime birre prodotte dai ragazzi. Dico solo che non vediamo l'ora di tornarci per cena. Nel frattempo, che dire delle birre? Ho assaggiato un'ottima Stout, la Mora, davvero deliziosa e una 3 Scrocchi (Tripel), anch'essa buonissima. I miei amici hanno optato per la Lupa (una IPA fatta come si deve) e una Sweet Jane, anche questa piaciuta molto. Locale molto bello, si può vedere l'impianto di lavorazione dalla tap room. Ho aggiunto alcune foto per mostrare l'interno del locale, caratteristico, simpatico e perfettamente a tono con chi ci lavora. Grandi ragazzi!! Continuate così.
