LA BAITA DEL GUSTO RISTORANTE — Restaurant in Rome

This place serves the best beef steak I've ever had. It was juicy and full of flavour. I personally preferred the Chianina Steak to the Romagnola Steak due to the Chianina's stronger flavour. The porcini mushrooms were amazing, full of flavour, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Even the dessert was fantastic. The ambience in the restaurant was cosy and welcoming. It's a little hard to access this place without private transport, but the food is well worth it. I would definitely want to come back again one day...

Esperienza favolosa, ambiente arredato davvero con gusto, musica chill out che crea un'ottima atmosfera rilassate per introdurre una cena a base di carne davvero esclusiva e di elevata qualitá. Non ho trovato una cosa negativa, il ristorante é sviluppato con due sale, una più grande con ingresso indipendente, cucina comunicante alla sala più piccolina anch'essa con l'ingresso suo. Gli ambienti sono rilassanti, colori tenui, posate in bronzo con finiture satinate, insomma si vede a colpo d'occhio che c'è sostanza in tutto quello che vi passa sotto gli occhi, dall'arredamento e ovviamente alla cucina, che ripeto , non è la classica steak house banale con bistecche e tagli di carne in bella vista e primi piatti romani, qui la cucina é diversa, esclusiva, con la qualitá di altissimo livello, dalla carne alla brace alla lenta cottura, dai carpacci alle tartare e anche piatti gourmet se volete. Il dessert , tiramisù spettacolare, mai mangiato un tiramisù con un gusto così pieno ma non stucchevole, bilanciato, senza troppo caffè. Nel ristorante non si crea mai confusione perché nella sala più grande vengono messe tavolate o più gente nel week end così la sala più piccolina rimane per meno persone che adorano un ambiente più rilassante e riservato, merita dieci stelle anche per la gentilezza e la cortesia del proprietario che è il creatore fra l'altro di tutto ció che mangerete e al personale di sala. provare per credere. Ottima...

Came here for my parents Wedding anniversary (congratulations by the way!!!). Usually I’m not the biggest fan of steak but this evening my perception of bloody meat has been changed!! Possibly the best meat if ever had the honour of tasting quite extraordinary 👌👌👌 The service was very pleasant and efficient, the little Italian man greeted us with a smile and tried his best at dealing with a load of English in his fancy restaurant....
