Pembe Beach Bar — Restaurant in Rome

My husband and i spent the day at the beach in ostia and decided to stay for aperitivo and found this place along the beach side they offer a platter of delicious small bites for each person and a cocktail for €15 the place was busy the time we arrived and there was no table available luckily we met the owner of the place by chance while searching for a table and he created a space and put a table for us at the beach right in front of the sunset we were so happy enjoying our food and a bottle of wine. Service was on point as the girl who was serving food checked on us if everything was good, very kind and friendly owner and staff beautiful place for aperitivo to come along with your friends highly recommended. Thank you guys we had a lovely time and we can’t wait...

QUANDO TI SVEGLI UNA MATTINA E DECIDI DI FARE RISTORAZIONE !! Arriviamo alle 13 ci sediamo , una tavolata di persone e qualche ragazza a fare aperitivo quindi non pieno,dopo più di 10 minuti sono costretto a chiamare la ragazza perché non si avvicinava nessuno ,ordiniamo da bere e da mangiare e inizia l attesa. Dopo pochi minuti arrivano 2 ragazze amiche delle cameriere ,dove immediatamente dopo i saluti gli viene presa l ordinazione e portato acqua e vino. Dopo altri 20 minuti di attesa sotto al sole ,mio figlio assetato, mi alzo e faccio presente l accaduto . Con aria un po scocciata mi viene detto forse è stata persa la comanda..... Altri 5 minuti arriva da bere anziché la bottiglia di vino viene portato un calice . Faccio presente che era la bottiglia intera ,la cameriera mi ribadisce che era un calice ,io ribadisco che era la bottiglia e lei continua a insistere che era un calice. Ci Alziamo e andiamo via. Punto primo ,anche se fosse stato il cliente ha sempre ragione punto secondo ,hai aperto la bottiglia per versare il calice ,porta il resto della bottiglia senza polemizzare con il cliente, economicamente a favore del ristorante . Quello che si presume il titolare o i titolari ,a 2 passi a mangiare e scherzare con altri loro amici. Ma ovviamente se il personale improvvisato non sa fare il proprio lavoro la colpa sarà di qualcuno che non glielo...
