Our trip to Rome started with the search for a good pizza...
Quattro spicchi is a Hotspot for great stone baked pizza (made with four different types of flour), calzone and bruschetta . The menu offers such a wide range of different toppings that you don’t know where to start with 😋 Basic pizza bianca, rossa but also new combinations with gorgonzola , salsiccia or speck ! A highlight is definitely the suppli made out of cacio (cheese) and pepper or the classic one with ragù and meat. This pizza is crunchy on the outside but because the dough is a bit thicker it stays deliciously fluffy so that it becomes a pleasure to try new ones. Our “bresaola rughetta, parmigiano e mozzarella” that was delivered to our door was an encounter between soft pizza dough, the light taste of rughetta and bresaola and the intense touch of parmesan and mozzarella ! The combination of these ingredients are a harmonious coexistence of Italian simplicity, a very good example for every other pizzas offered here. The pizzas are easily digested, freshly made with love and well selected Italian ingredients. It surprised us as always so that we travel to Rome to have the pleasure to try new ones every time. Great prices for a warm and friendly service topped with an excellent pizza! Definitely belongs to...
Read moreAmazing place! We came from Poland and USA. We had some trouble ordering because of the language barrier but the lady taking the order was very friendly and helpful. It was such a pleasure to watch our pizza being made by us in this (assumed) family business … so fresh and so delicious !! Not much room to sit inside but the quick wait and possibly to watch your pizza being made in front of you makes it all worth it. They have tons of topping options, pastas, appetizers, and more, but we only tried the red sauce pizza. Definitely come here if you want real authentic...
Ci aggiorniamo. To be continued.......
