Extremely unprofessional behavior. Despite having plenty of empty seats, they refused to let us use an extra chair just to place our belongings — and even that refusal was delivered in a rude and dismissive manner. The staff’s attitude was shockingly impolite, and they showed no concern for our discomfort.

In fact, on that occasion we enjoyed the food, left satisfied, and even gave a tip. However, this time, after the rude and dismissive attitude of your staff, we decided not to proceed with the order. We stumbled upon Tagliatella Roma on New Year's Eve after getting nos from three nearby restaurants (already fully booked). From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like a hidden gem—warm, inviting, and unpretentious. The prices are reasonable, and the food is outstanding. We tried the carbonara, and the pasta itself was a highlight: fresh, perfectly seasoned, with just the right balance of saltiness and umami. The Greek salad was generous and flavourful, and the homemade tiramisu was a revelation. Having tasted what many consider the best, I can confidently say Tagliatella Roma's tiramisu surpassed them all. We were there this Friday. Meals were delicious but they charged us 20 euros more for 2 sparkling wines we didnt have - probably as we are tourists and we dont speak italian. UPDATE - definetely it was your place. I can send you printscreen of the card payment. Time of payment was 13.1. at 21.59. On the bill there were 2 meals, 2 glasses of wine (that was correct) and item 'calice bollicine' twice for 20 euros.
