Excellent sushi. I came here late and brought my young kids while travelling so I didn’t get the chance to take the best photos or express to the staff how wonderful the experience was so I hope this is received by them. Very unique and flavourful sashimi, the Toro was to die for and I had the pleasure of showing it to some friends for their first experience which they enjoyed tremendously. The sushi rolls were so unique, I was in awe with some of these flavours. specifically the Italy roll which was my favourite, adding basil/ pesto to a tuna roll with fresh Italian cherry tomatoes is next level - tremendous shout outs to the chefs for this one.

Finally the Nuvola dessert, very interesting, full of flavour - an absolute out try.

Overall tremendous experience, great sushi, fresh and very innovative. Massive shout out to the chefs.

Thank you very much to all of the staff. I hope I get the pleasure of returning one...

I was excited to try because the reviews were great and some friends recommended this place. It’s not bad, but it’s not that great. Sushis were okay-ish. Nothing very special. The miso was special, good taste. Seaweed, so-so. One thing to note was the portion for unagi. Ordered the unagi roll and the unagi was tiny and thin. I would have appreciated it if it’s a bit bigger to taste it more. Also the sashimi salmon and shrimp were not very tasty, in my opinion. Green tea tasted like water, super bland. The good thing though was the toilet. It was pretty. Conclusion: the...

We went for a dinner here, and our first impression was "wow". Starting from the restaurant itself, looking really cozy, clean and respectable distances in pandemic times. Most of the staff were speaking English, and their service was impeccable. They recommended a really good wine for us! Last but not least, the sushi that we ordered were noticeably fresh, they simply melt in your mouth, amazing!!! If we're going to come back to this part of Italy, we're going to visit this lovely restaurant...
