Ristorante Pizzeria Zefrido — Restaurant in Rosolina

We had tried a number of restaurants in the area before we discovered restaurante Zefrido.

One really important fact upfront, the pricing is way to low for the quality, service and ambient the provide.

As I mentioned further up, we tried a number of other places during our stay and none of them was even close. Zefrido is a restaurant with a strong focus on seafood and fish but offers meat dishes as well. The quality of the base products is simply amazing and the kitchen staff knows how to prepare amazing dishes.

The service staff is amazing as well and makes you feel welcome and is very motivated.

Once we tried it once we came back every single day for our remaining vacation.

Sind Mittags von Salerno angekommen um einen Stop zu machen, wollten dort mit bekannten die dort Urlaub machen Essen, sind um 23:00 Uhr hier her und hatten gefragt ob es noch etwas zu essen gibt, Aussage Personal "Ja aber nur noch Pizzen" ok für uns war das kein Problem, hatten sogar Verständnis dafür bezüglich der Uhrzeit. Wir waren dort mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern. Bestellt, essen kam und war auch lecker. Personal sehr unfreundlich da wir wahrscheinlich zu Lange gebraucht hatten zum Essen, komplette Personal stand an der Kasse (bestimmt 4-6 Leute) und haben uns die ganze Zeit beobachtet und über uns geredet (hatten vermutlich gedacht das wir diese nicht verstehen als Italiener. Ich bestelle die Rechnung als Mann das ich zahlen möchte und eine andere Person am Tisch bekommt die Rechnung. Beim abräumen der Tische keine Nachfrage ob es in Ordnung gewesen ist oder ähnliches. Kinder waren nicht fertig mit Essen, Personal wollte bereits abräumen am Tisch der Kinder. Während dem Essen, waren Getränke teilweise leer, keine Nachfrage vom Personal ob noch was getrunken werden möchte. Über unserem Tisch hingen 2 Spinnen (Sehr fett) im Netz die eine Größe hatte von einer 20 Cent Münze sehr ekelhaft während dem Essen.

Ho preso 3 "risotto di mare", mi aspetto un misto pesce, invece c'era solo un tipo di crostaceo, ho cercato altro, ma niente, allego foto del piatto appena arrivato e della mia "ricerca di varietà", allego anche foto del menù, era scritto risotto di mare, non risotto ai gamberoni. Oltretutto non aveva gusto da pesce, si vede che in cucina non hanno un fumetto di pesce o crostacei da usare in cottura. Troppo speziato. Sapeva più da prezzemolo che da pesce. La pizza di cui allego 2 foto è arrivata mezza bruciata, mio figlio aveva la parte più cotta girata verso di lui, quando me l'ha mostrata non ci credevo, hanno tagliato la parte bruciata, incredibile. Lavoro nell'alimentazione e ho fatto tanti anni di cucina, lavorando si può sbagliare, secondo il mio parere: 1 per il risotto, se è finito il misto pesce basta avvisare e magari prendevamo altro, o qualcuno il risotto ai gamberoni, ma sapendolo. 2 se la pizza è bruciata basta rifarla, tanto è arrivata quando avevamo già finito il primo, ed avremmo atteso ancora volentieri.

Peccato, perché mi sono vergognato di averli portati fuori, ed in campeggio avendo portato le pentole indispensabili da casa...
