Eine Bar die mir immer gefallen hat… Freitag kaufe ich eine Falsche Wein in dieser Bar für €30 (in dieser Region ein gehobener Preis für Wein). Als ich zu Hause die Flasche aufmachte hatte sie Zapfen. Als ich am nächsten Tag vorbei ging und ihnen dies erzählte, … waren sie nicht erfreut und sagen mir die Flasche zurück zu bringen. Was ich gestern Sonntag 25. September tat.

Als ich gestern die Flasche zurück geben wollte, wollten die Sie ihrer Verantwortung nicht nachgehen, bis ich auf sie Druck machte mit einem Vollen Lokal.

Als Experte und Unternehmer im weltweiten Weinhandel seid über 30 Jahre, weiss ich wenn ein Wein fehlerhaft ist und das eine fehlerhafte Flasche von einem lokalen Produzenten umgetauscht wird.

Das verhalten, Ausreden zu suchen um die Flasche nicht umzutauschen und als Protest mir das Geld zurück zu zahlen mit €31 statt €30, war sehr unprofessionell, arrogant und von Ego überschattet.

Hoffentlich werden sie beim nächstes mal...

INCOMPETENTI. Dopo 5 minuti che eravamo in bar ad aspettare per l'ordinazione arrivano 3 persone e, "giustamente", la cameriera corre a prendere l'ordinazione di queste persone, e fin qui nessun problema, capita di avere un attimo di distrazione. MA poi passa il tempo e noi sembravamo essere dimenticati, dopo almeno altri 10 minuti finalmente prende il nostro ordine (nel frattempo le altre persone, arrivate dopo di noi, avevano già consumato l'ordinazione ed erano andati via). DOPO 25 MINUTI DI ATTESA totale ci alziamo e avvisiamo cortesemente che ce ne saremmo andati perché stavamo aspettando da troppo tempo e la cameriera, con fare del tutto distaccato e menefreghista, risponde...
