My wife Melanie and I spent a week at Hotel Italia and it was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had among our numerous trips to Italy. Why? Simply put, the staff from the receptionist to room staff and cook were engaging friendly and delicious food and made you feel like you were home and part of the family. The meals whether morning or evening were outstanding and wish to complement the chef. The hotel is close to the train station if you wish to visit Venice as well as other restaurants and gelato shops. Read moreThe Hotel Italia was fantastic. We had a two-week European vacation which included two nights in Sacile. Check in was easy, and the rooms were spacious. It did take us until the second night to get the air conditioning working properly and we weren’t too pleased with the mattresses (too thin and too firm). But the location was great, the staff were super friendly, and the breakfast/restaurant was superb. Out of the seven hotels we stayed at during our vacation, this one was our favorite by far. Everyone working at the hotel does a great job in that they take the time to recommend places to visit, directions to great restaurants, and just overall friendly! The town is small enough that one can walk around and see most of it. If you are looking for a great little hotel in a small out of the way village you can't do better than the Hotel...
