Luogo storico di Carezza. Defilato nella stradina che collega il grande hotel verso le piste e quindi non proprio di passaggio. Tuttavia il locale è super accogliente (non fatevi ingannare dalla insegna anni 80 mai cambiata nei decenni) caratteristico con la griglia sempre pronta sul camino. Le proprietarie gentilissime e sempre sorridenti. Attente sia nell’ accoglienza e nel servizio che nella cucina. La griglia è praticamente perfetta nelle cotture che esaltano la qualità della carne. Chiesto un calice di rosso e subito consigliato di cambiare perché quello scelto troppo freddo - che attenzione! - Da sfruttare anche a mezzogiorno (ma consiglio di chiamare perché se non c’è gente chiudono).
