We had an exceptional dinner at Ristorante Laurin Carezza. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The outdoor seating area offers a breathtaking view of the mountains, while the spacious indoor dining area is perfect for colder days.

The food was absolutely delicious. We tried the Tris di Canederli, Pappardelle con Ragù di Cervo, Gnocchi di Polenta fatto in casa con formaggio di malga, Gulasch di Cervo con Gnocchetti gialli, and the Tagliata di Manzo. Each dish was expertly prepared, blending the rich flavors of traditional Italian cuisine with a touch of German influence.

For dessert, we had the Tiramisù and the chocolate cake, both of which were excellent.

We had an amazing dining experience at Ristorante Laurin Carezza! The food was absolutely fantastic – we ordered the spinach bacon dumplings and the venison goulash with gnocchi, both of which were incredibly flavorful and unique to the region. It was easily the most authentic and delicious meal we’ve had during our recent trip to Italy.

The service was great, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. Overall, it’s the best restaurant we’ve tried on our trip, and we highly recommend it to anyone...

Phenomenal restaurant, the service was second to none - the waitress was funny and made our night! We tried 4 taxi companies and couldn't get a lift (45 min walk at 22h icy path & road) so the manager gave us a lift! We appreciate this so, so, so much! Thank you! Danke vielmals!!
