Four Kitchen — Restaurant in San Benedetto del Tronto

We’ve been for dinner tonight. The younger waitress was polite and tried to make a good job, the second was not interested in serving. We ordered tagliatelle con pesto pistacchio, which was a dinner i could cook way better than this, the pizza margherita was ok. the restaurant looks classy and modern but the food isnt worth the visit. We ordered a glass of wine to dinner, which we didnt get but they tried to put it on the bill. At the end they still charged the cuperto by 2 eu by person even if the food wasnt good and the service was bad. Thank - one time and never again. Parto dicendo che sono venuto in coppia a san Valentino, vedendo recensioni buone decido di prenotare. Entrando noto che c’é una sola cameriera (forse la proprietaria) a servire e sparecchiare in tutti i tavoli, ci fa attendere e ci da il nostro tavolo, strettissimo, distante 30 cm massimo da altri tavoli, essendo anche il posto molto piccolo. Ci accomodiamo e chiediamo acqua e vino, il vino ci viene portato subito, ma per l’acqua abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz’ora dopo aver sollecitato la cameriera che comunque purtroppo era da sola. Prendiamo due menu fissi da 25 euro, menu veramente miseri, piatti minuscoli, si buoni, ma niente di speciale, tra l’altro, si erano anche dimenticati un antipasto che ci hanno portato dopo il primo, ma va bene cosí. Arriviamo al dolce dopo aver finito le altre portate, circa le 23:15 essendo arrivati alle 21:30. Essendo giá insoddisfatti del servizio generale andiamo a pagare, vediamo il conto e ci sono 6 EURO di coperto (3 per 2) !!!! Mi sembra davvero esagerato dato che ci sono le tovagliette di carta, i tovaglioli di carta, un servizio molto scadente e il pane che abbiamo dovuto chiedere perché non era nemmeno al tavolo, 3 euro di coperto mi sembra veramente una truffa. Brilliant. Have been coming here every year since 2014 and have always been treated well and with a smile. The food is great. I recommend the steak dishes. The pasta dishes are always adventurous and worth a try if you are looking for something you have never eaten before. That goes for the starters as well.
