Osteria Al Portonat — Restaurant in San Daniele del Friuli

Mi hanno suggerito questo luogo di ristoro, e ci sono andato la stessa sera. Era pieno e mi hanno fatto sedere fuori, ero felice perché avevo sofferto tanto caldo durante la giornata che stare al fresco fu già per me un sollievo. Scusate il preambolo che poco Vi importa, ma fu la gentilezza della signora ad accativarmi fin da subito. Avendo già mangiato prosciutto al mezzogiorno ho voluto provare gli spaghetti al nero di seppia con la trotta regionale e come secondo la gentile signora vedendomi titubante nella scelta mi ha suggerito una insalata mista con pezzi di trotta e ho accettato. Be il primo piatto era strepitoso, buonissimo, e il secondo era a dir poco fantastico ed era proprio quello che avrei voluto mangiare. Avendo visto la lista dei piatti, e quanto fossero buoni, al giorno dopo ci sono ritornato e anche questa volta hanno fatto in modo di trovarmi un posto dentro. Ho chiesto il prosciutto di San Daniele con melone e poi un primo di ravioloni con ragù di prosciutto. Il prosciutto era squisito, si sciogleva in bocca, spettacolo, e il melone era talmente buono e dolce che le due cose le mangiavo separatamente per godere del sapore di ogni uno. Anche il primo fu molto buono e delicato. I Vini sfusi serviti nelle due occasioni (bianco e poi rosso) erano anche essere ottimi. Pane buonissimo, insomma tutto ok!! Am Rande der Altstadt gelegen die gemütliche Osteria mit kleiner, übersichtlicher und regionaler Karte.

Unserer Erfahrung nach sind Restaurants mit kleinen Karten die Besten, da alles frisch zubereitet wird. Und genauso war es auch hier.

Wir starteten mit Antipasto Misto für Zwei, bestehend aus dem köstlichen San Daniele Schinken (Hier ein Muss), verschieden marinierten Gemüsen, Mozzarella und einem weiteren regionalen Käse. Dazu wurden Brot und Grissinis gereicht. Die Portion war gut bemessen und hätte eigentlich schon als Mittagessen gereicht.

Wir wollten aber wenigsten einen Pastagang gegessen haben und entschieden uns für eine Art Ravioli mit San Daniele-Schinken-Füllung serviert mit Butter, geräuchertem Ricotta und knusprig Schinkenwürfeln (köstlich!).

Auch wenn wir schon gut gesättigt waren, musste es noch ein lauwarmes Schokoladen-Soufflé sein.

Welches absolut eine Sünde wert ist. Dazu dann noch ein Espresso und wir waren absolut rundherum zufrieden!
