Für so ein Restaurant, wo die Erwartungshaltung relativ hoch ist, würde ich am liebsten keinen einzigen Stern vergeben. Das Essen war wirklich lecker aber einer von uns Vieren hat vergebens auf sein Essen gewartet und ging hungrig nach Hause. Trotz wiederholter Erinnerung. Dabei kam keine Entschuldigung oder ein Angebot für weitere Getränke damit die Person sein Essen genießen kann während andere ihr Getränk genießen. Wir haben anschließend die Rechnung verlangt und sind dann gegangen. Und selbst dann kam kein Sorry etc. Wirklich schlechter Service. Wir und unsere Bekannte werden ab sofort diesen Restaurant meiden und raten jedem davon ab.

Per un ristorante come questo, dove le aspettative sono relativamente alte, preferirei non dare una sola stella. Il cibo era davvero gustoso ma uno di noi quattro aspettò invano il suo cibo e tornò a casa affamato. Nonostante i ripetuti solleciti. Non c'erano scuse o offerte per più drink in modo che la persona potesse godersi il cibo mentre gli altri si godevano il drink. Abbiamo quindi chiesto il conto e poi siamo partiti. E anche allora non ci sono state scuse, ecc. Servizio davvero pessimo. Noi e i nostri amici eviteremo questo ristorante d'ora in poi e lo sconsigliamo a tutti.

For a restaurant like this where expectations are relatively high, I would prefer not to give a single star. The food was really tasty but one of the four of us waited in vain for his food and went home hungry. Despite repeated reminders. Antwort: Einsicht ist wohl nicht euer Ding und die Antwort nicht wirklich euer Ernst 😂. Die Vorspeise war für vier Personen gedacht um die Wartezeit zu vertreiben. Alle Hauptspeisen bis auf eine waren relativ zugig serviert und eine Speise wurde einfach nur vergessen. Nach Erinnerung und nach dem wir alle fertig waren mit essen, haben wir erneut erinnert vergingen weiter 20 Minuten. Also ab Bestellung weit über eine Stunde. Lächerlich. Das was uns ärgert ist die Einsicht eurerseits. Wir haben weder Entschuldigung oder ein Angebot bekommen mit irgendetwas um weiterhin die Zeit zu vertreiben etc. So etwas kann jedem Restaurant passieren aber im wirklich guten Restaurant wird sich entschuldigt und alles dafür getan damit die Gäste bleiben und mit guter Laune das Restaurant verlassen. Nicht seriös. Rate jeden den Besuch in diesem Restaurant ab. Die Gäste werden nicht ernst genommen, sondern es wird nur ein hochwertiger Service vermittelt. The food was delicious, the prices are above average but it was worth it. I put 4 stars just for 1 reason, and I don’t know if this is a local thing or what, I have never faced this anywhere else in Italy, not to mention the rest of the world, so I made a reservation and we arrived on time, at the entrance we were asked if 1.5 hrs will be enough for us ? I was a bit confused, because you never expect this kind of question like when are you going to leave when you haven’t even taken your seat ! Seafood is simply great here. This is the best thing on this restaurant. Another nice thing is that it is located away from the main streat so it is a lot of quite and peace there. You can release your kids off the leash😉 The staff wears suits and look professional at the first glance, but the quality is not so good. They were waking around our table all the time, but they never actually served us nor cleaned the table. There were empty glasses, empty plates on our table and they left it there and did not ask if we actually want smt. I always had to chase them when I wanted smt. Even when I called them and they brought new order, they left the empty glasses and plates on the table. Space for improvement, but altogether we were satisfied. We spent about 110 eur for 2 adults and 2 kids including local wine...
