What a find

Great service, from start to finish, we were in bibione for three days, and had to go back here for another meal it was that good.

I ate a baked sea bass potato and courgette/zucchini dish first night, cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious, so the second night I took a mixed seafood platter, which simply astonished me. Scallops to die for, beautiful baby octopus, a mountain of razor clams, wonderful baby squid.

My girlfriend took a chicken dish first night, which was also delicious, second night she tried the carbonara, which she rated second best of her life (to avoid saying it was better than mine).

As a chef of many years, finds like this are always amazing, great service and food on a short break can be hard to find, I recommend Apollo...

This restaurant was recommended to me prior our stay in Bibione and we went there the first day for dinner. We loved it so we kept coming back also the following days. It is a bit aside from the main streets, and it is definitely worth going there. Unlike many tourist traps in the center, this restaurant actually offers fresh and tasty food! Additional points I give for children friendliness, kind and helpful staff and enjoyable atmosphere. If you plan to sit at the terrace, grab a mosquito repellent, as mosquitos are not a disaster but they are there. It's definitely a place...

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem tollen Restaurant – und es war erneut ein rundum gelungener Besuch! Schon beim Ankommen fühlt man sich willkommen: Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt, stilvoll, aber trotzdem kinderfreundlich und familiär.

Das Essen war wieder richtig lecker – frisch zubereitet, schön angerichtet und geschmacklich auf hohem Niveau. Wir hatten Spaghetti Carbonara, Fritto Misto und Cozze – jedes Gericht war ein Genuss. Die Carbonara war cremig und würzig, wie sie sein soll, das Fritto Misto wunderbar knusprig und nicht fettig, und die Cozze herrlich aromatisch in der Sauce.

Für unsere Kinder gab es „Nemo“ und „Kikeriki“ – beides kam super an. Die Kindergerichte sind mit viel Liebe gemacht und perfekt auf den Geschmack der Kleinen abgestimmt. Es ist schön, dass auch an die kleinen Gäste gedacht wird, ohne dass man auf klassische Tiefkühl-Kinderteller zurückgreifen muss.

Auch die Getränkekarte überzeugt: Eine schöne Auswahl an Weinen, erfrischende alkoholfreie Getränke und als Highlight der selbstgemachte Eistee – fruchtig, nicht zu süß und richtig erfrischend.

Der Service war erneut herzlich, aufmerksam und sehr kinderfreundlich. Man merkt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird – sowohl in der Küche als auch im Service. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier absolut, vor allem wenn man die hohe Qualität der Speisen und den tollen Service berücksichtigt.
