Fusion Restaurant Lin — Restaurant in San Michele al Tagliamento

We’ve been coming to Bibione every year for the past decade, but only discovered Fusion Restaurant Lin two years ago—and now it’s a must-visit, at least three times per season. The food is plentiful, flavorful, and surprisingly affordable. This year, we paired our meal with Lambrusco and edamame—boiled and pan-fried with salt—which added a perfect touch.

Our kids are absolutely obsessed with the sushi. There’s a wide variety, all delicious, but the standout is the one with warm, crispy fried shrimp inside—simply divine. We also tried the all-you-can-eat option for €25–26 per person (excluding drinks), and it was an exceptional deal.

Dall'esterno il posto si presenta come un locale rustico e il fatto che, oltre al sushi, serva anche pizza ed altre pietanze può dare inizialmente una brutta impressione. Una volta entrati però ciò che salta all'occhio è l'ampiezza del locale caratterizzato da un tocco di modernità che conferisce al ristorante un'atmosfera gradevole. È anche disponibile un'area giochi per bambini, quindi non aspettatevi di trovare un locale silenzioso e romantico. Il sushi mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso, poiché l'ho trovato molto buono, di qualità leggermente superiore ai soliti ristoranti di sushi all you can eat che si possono trovare solitamente. Pesce e riso erano buoni. Rispetto agli altri locali sushi all you can eat, dove la carne ha la stessa consistenza del pongo, qua é sicuramente migliore. Ad esempio i ravioli e gli straccetti di manzo saltati con le verdure erano di mio gradimento, a differenza di altri posti dove solitamente non mi piacciono. Il tempo di attesa è molto breve e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Attenzione però al menù: come scritto le immagini sono solo a scopo dimostrativo e quindi non aspettatevi di trovare esattamente ciò che vedrete in foto. Inoltre è capitato che nel menù ci fosse scritto qualche ingrediente che poi non era effettivamente presente nella pietanza, poiché il ristorante non ne disponeva. Mi é capitato di ordinare un piatto in cui non erano presenti tutti gli elementi indicati, quindi un consiglio al datore del ristorante: aggiornate il menù con ingredienti che possedete realmente e prima che il cliente ordini un piatto in cui non é presente quel determinato ingrediente, anche se indicato nel menù, avvertitelo, altrimenti egli rimarrà...

War heute hier mit meinen Eltern trotz vieler schlechter Bewertungen hier Mittagessen für 12,90 plus 1,50 Euro Gedeck pro Person all you can eat, weil wir die Schrumpfportionen bei den überteuerten Italienern in Bibione, bei denen man sich mit Brot sattstopfen muss, satt waren. War äußerst positiv überrascht: Personal war äußerst höflich. Bestellungen kamen schnell und leere Teller wurden schnell abgeräumt. Hier bestellt man von der Karte so oft man will. Die Portionen entsprechen von der Fleisch oder Fischmenge her in etwa einem Hauptgericht beim Italiener im zweiten Menügang. Hatten jeder ca. 2 Teller Rind, 1 Teller Huhn mit Gemüse, 1 Teller Garnelen, 1 Teller Huhn paniert, 1 Teller Pommes und ein Teller Salat dazu. Wer es würzig mag, sollte ruhig zu picante greifen, denn scharf ist es wirklich nicht. Kinder oder empfindliche Mägen greifen besser zur normalen Variante. Habe selbst noch zusätzlich Sushi bestellt. Qualität war für einen Chinesen überdurchschnittlich. Kleinen Abzug bei meiner zusätzlichen Frühlingsrolle und dem Schweineschnitzelchen, weil beides TK. Weil die anderen Gerichte jedoch alle frisch aus dem Wok waren, Gemüse knackig, Salat und Sushi frisch, ist das für mich nicht mehr wichtig gewesen. Wir sind empfindlich bei Geschmacksverstärkern. Hier waren keine drin. Könnte auch der Grund dafür sein, dass manche nur einen Stern geben und das Essen als Fad bezeichnen, sofern sie nicht beim Italiener um die Ecke arbeiten und Maffiatorten oder andere Kohlenhydratbomben zu Apothekerpreisen verticken🤣.
