This is the first review I have ever written in my life, but I felt it was necessary because we ourselves looked for restaurants in Bibione based on reviews. Unfortunately, we were greeted by an extremely rude waiter, who first asked if we spoke English or German. After we told him English, he kept making comments in German the whole time.
When ordering, I asked what kind of gin & tonics they had, but he was sarcastic throughout. He said he didn’t know, so I politely asked if he could go and check. He replied that he didn’t need to go and check this, but eventually went inside with obvious annoyance and came back saying — in a very mocking tone — that they had “Gordon Gin.”
At that point, I asked if it had been a problem for him to check, and he waved his hand around the room saying I should look at how many people were there and that he had a lot of work to do. Even then, he made another comment in German, smiling. That’s when we said, “Alright, thank you,” stood up, and left — and as we were walking away, he sarcastically called after us, “Ciao, you can go.”
I find this completely unacceptable for a restaurant that caters to so many tourists, and I believe management should have a serious conversation with this waiter, he was an older guy, whiter hair, keep sarcastically smiling, it was even a bit scary, because I am certain this was not the first time he behaved so rudely towards guests. We had to find another place to eat, and I would never recommend this...
Read moreWe visited this restaurant spontaneously with a group of friends, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning.
The waiter was already rude and impatient during the table allocation, which set a negative tone for the evening. Our meals were served at very different times, so some of us had already finished eating while others were still waiting for their food.
The most concerning incident happened when the waiter brought a new bottle of water and slammed it down in the middle of the table, causing several glasses to shatter. The broken glass injured me, and I spent the rest of the evening removing shards from my hand. The glass splinters were scattered all over the table, in our food, and in our drinks, making everything inedible.
What shocked me most was the complete lack of reaction from the staff. There was no apology, no attempt to help clean up the glass, and absolutely no effort to address the situation. We had to clean up the broken glass ourselves while trying to avoid further injury.
Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but how a team handles those situations speaks volumes. In this case, there was zero accountability, zero empathy, and zero service recovery. This was by far the worst service experience I’ve had and I’ve visited restaurants...
Read moreVery nice place with a good location. Very delicious see food and drinks, but with a salad I would recommend to be careful, because in many restaurants of Italy they don't make any special sauces for salads, just give olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It's nice, but some salads need exactly special sauces. Anyway it's a small disanatwatage and it's better to try there exactly location food, which is really good ☺️ Also try there tiramisu! It's amazing!!! The prices there are good and the service is very nice and warm. A special THANKS to the waiter Emilian!!! If you be there ask about him and try his Aperol Spritz. It tastes much better than...
