Had one of the best dishes of my life here. In fact, with the first bite I knew this would be the dish I would request as my final meal before I die if I could choose. The white truffle tagliolini. Perfectly al dente, a mind blowingly balanced butter sauce, plus the freshest white truffle you can find. This place deserves 3 Michelin stars for this one dish alone. And they allow dogs. Definitely worth a special trip just for this place. Thank you so much to the friendly Facebook person who recommended this restaurant to us. If someone asked what the best part of our honeymoon was, I’d probably say this plate of pasta....

Papaveri & Papere is located at the feet of one of Tuscany’s many rolling hills, this however doesn’t seem to hinder a gentle breeze to refresh its guests on a hot summer night. The friendly waiting staff is top notch, a level matched by their outstanding chef who manages to create simple yet interesting and innovative Italian dishes. absolutely professional and friendly high class restaurant. people who really live there job and who are always engadged. one thing i have to say: " the somelier is a dream. you can absolutely trust him. just tell him a bit about your preferences and he will always offer you the best choice. he also offers you mature white wines with a great potential like a soave 2012 or a 2011 chardonay from north of verona (absulutely wonderful). and the best is: we rarely had a better price-value relation. if i could i would...
