People serving are very nice. I like vegan food so for me it's not the best place, I would welcome more vegan choices. However, as I said, the people working here are very nice. The location is good and this year it was less irritating because the annoying restaurant next door (called la bottega del mare) had less annoying loud music, though they still try to irritate everybody at the marina with their loud music from time to time. So it's not the Burghero's fault. The food is great if you like this type of food, portions are also good. An absolutely fantastic restaurant! While it’s known for its delicious burgers, the menu offers so much more – from perfectly cooked pasta to fresh fish tartare and creative appetizers. There’s truly something for everyone.

Chef Omar is incredibly talented – every dish is made with passion and great attention to detail. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and they speak English, which is a big plus for international visitors.

Delusione totale, non torneremo mai più!!

Siamo stati in questo ristorante attratti dalla bella location sul mare, davvero suggestiva e con un buon potenziale. Purtroppo, l’unico aspetto positivo si ferma qui!

L’esperienza complessiva è stata estremamente deludente, a partire dai tempi d’attesa: abbiamo ordinato degli antipasti freddi (crostini con pomodoro e burrata) che sono arrivati dopo oltre un’ora, e solo dopo diversi solleciti da parte nostra. Durante l’attesa non è stato nemmeno servito del semplice pane, e anche per ricevere tre birre medie abbiamo dovuto attendere altri 20 minuti.

Una volta arrivati gli antipasti, tra cui un tris di tartare di pesce completamente insapore, ci siamo ritrovati ad aspettare un’ulteriore mezz’ora per cinque panini, un primo e un secondo. I panini erano nella media, nulla di memorabile. Il primo, uno spaghetto alla chitarra con burro al lime e tartare di tonno, era invece impresentabile: pasta secca e mal condita, con la tartare buttata sopra senza alcuna cura. Ma il vero problema è la gestione del locale, che a nostro avviso è completamente inefficiente: tavoli lasciati sporchi per oltre un’ora nonostante fossero vuoti, camerieri evidentemente in difficoltà, e una mancanza generale di organizzazione. Inaccettabile anche il comportamento di una cameriera che si è permessa di zittire una mia amica che stava semplicemente lamentando, con educazione, i lunghissimi tempi d’attesa.

In conclusione, ci chiediamo sinceramente come questo ristorante possa pensare di affrontare l’alta stagione, se già a inizio estate il servizio è stato così disastroso. Di certo non ci rimetteremo più piede, né lo...
