We were welcomed warmly at first and they arranged the tables together to accommodate our group. But then food was brought late and they were disorganised, one of us ordered Sea bream which was sold at 36€ as a 600 grams piece but actually came as a much smaller fish. Another one of us ordered Lasagna, it was burned at the top and overcooked in the center, topped off with more minced meat to hide the burned pasta. Pizza was OK, but at the end we encountered more problems regarding the bill. The payment method was denied when we asked for the card reader: the owner does not accept card payments. Having had second look at the bill we noticed it was causing us confusion: the bottle of wine was listed as single wine glasses, our 6 Spritz’s as wine glasses also, all grouped into two lists. After this he claimed he had forgotten to include the 28€ wine bottle into the printed bill, and thus we would have needed to pay the extra 28€ in black money, because he ‘couldnt print a second bill’. Owner got defensive when we asked clarifications, but we managed to not pay the extra asked. At least a decent sunset location, but...

Un'esperienza favolosa… per diventare matti. Appena arrivati abbiamo assistito a una scena ridicola. Quello che poi abbiamo scoperto essere il proprietario doveva chiudere un ombrellone che si trovava aperto sopra una coppietta di anziani. Senza invitarli ad alzarsi, ha proceduto a chiudere l’ombrellone rischiando di far loro male, in quanto erano rimasti dentro con la testa. Dopo esserci seduti al tavolo abbiamo dovuto attendere 20 minuti prima di poter avere una bottiglia d’acqua. Per poter ordinare il primo, invece, ne abbiamo dovuti aspettare altri 30. Per il secondo piatto siamo invecchiati. La cameriera ci è passata davanti più volte e, anche su nostra richiesta di ordinare, ci ha fatto cenno che stava per arrivare, per poi sparire e non presentarsi più. Passano 20 minuti, passano 30 minuti e io (tremendamente scocciato) mi alzo dal tavolo e chiedo al capo (che sembrava svolgere i ruoli di cuoco, cameriere e cassiere) se potesse recarsi al tavolo per prendere l’ordinazione. Mia madre ha ordinato un piatto di cozze e vongole alla livornese e, dopo un’ulteriore attesa, è arrivata al tavolo un’impepata di cozze rinsecchita. Abbiamo segnalato il problema al presunto capo e lui stesso si è accorto di aver sbagliato. Se non fosse che, nel conto, aveva inserito il piatto più costoso che non era nemmeno stato servito. Io ho ordinato una lasagna e una pizza: nulla da dire a riguardo. Il peggio è arrivato al momento del pagamento. Ci è stato messo davanti il POS con un invito a passare la carta, senza un resoconto dei piatti ordinati che confermasse la cifra. Lo scontrino non ci è stato dato volontariamente, lo abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi. Dopo una breve controllata, ci siamo accorti che avevano inserito nel conto un piatto non servito da 18 euro. A quel punto abbiamo chiesto il rimborso. Consiglio al capo di assumere personale, perché non è accettabile che ci siano solo 3 persone a fare i cuochi, i camerieri e i cassieri contemporaneamente. Così a fatica riescono a gestire appena 2 tavoli. Inoltre, se i camerieri sono anche i cuochi, arrivano ai tavoli sudati e puzzolenti, cosa che eviterei per una...

We went there for the second time. The first time the food was fine. Second time half of our party already ate their food and got their plates removed, the other half were still waiting for their pizza. After more than 30 minutes of waiting we went inside to ask where the pizza’s were. We were told we should wait 15 more minutes without any apologies or compensation. After 10 more minutes no staff came to update us on the food so we went inside again. The pizza’s were finally in the oven, but by then we just left. Don’t go here when it’s busy. The fish isn’t fresh and the staff doesn’t even look at you. You won’t get any apologies...
