we had a really nice experience overall and everything was great until the moment with the food, because no one told us about the restaurant and cafe being separate🙁 gelato cafe and the restaurant are under the same name, but they work separately. at first we sat in the gelato cafe, but later found out that to order food(the main course dishes) you have to sit in the restaurant. despite there being free tables outside, they refused to seat us there and only offered inside seating, which was packed with small screaming kids. even though we were really hungry and had already been sitting in the cafe for quite a while, they still refused to bring us food there. so we ended up ordering fries, a hamburger and baked camembert – all of it was great, but this policy unfortunately ruined our mood and we left not feeling very satisfied. overall though, it’s a very cute place and i liked that they bring snacks with...

I had a truly wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Every dish we ordered was delicious, beautifully presented, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I especially loved the fish, which was absolutely outstanding. One of the highlights is the spacious terrace with a playground where children can play safely while adults relax and enjoy their meal. This makes it a perfect spot for families. In addition, there is a large square right next to the touristic port, which adds to the charm and offers a fantastic setting for a stroll before or after your meal. I recommend this nice place in the middle of San Vincenzo. It is better than OK - the food will not be something you remember for a long time. Perfect for the family - I think that a family with smaller kids is the ideal customer base for this restaurant. It even has a playground 🛝 in front of it.

Inside, when busy, it is very loud. It would help with some textiles in the ceiling, around the windows or something that could dampen the sounds (almost feels busier than a McDonalds). Some would probably argue that that is something to strive for.. i think it’s a bit too loud.
