Pasticceria Andreoni — Restaurant in San Zeno Naviglio

Siamo clienti affezionate, veniamo quasi tutti i sabati, consumiamo sempre in due per 10-14€... cappucci vari, a volte anche più brioches, spremuta... è tutto ottimo e perfetto, cameriera bionda super gentile.... stamattina però è successa una cosa che mi ha letteralmente fatto cadere le braccia e mi chiedo se si può rischiare di perdere un cliente per così poco....ho preso un cappuccino e ho chiesto un bicchiere di acqua calda a parte, che mi è stata fatta pagare 50 centesimi! Ripeto, abbiamo preso 3 cappucci in 2, 3 brioches, 1 frittella( anch'essa pagata 1.2 €, sì avete letto bene, 1 euro e 20 una singola frittella!)....e mi aggiungi 50 centesimi per un bicchiere di acqua del rubinetto calda??? Sinceramente a volte resto basita davanti all'esositá di certe richieste....aggiungo questa piccola "perla" a quella di sabato scorso: prese brioches da asporto, mi sono distratta un'attimo nel momento in cui venivano messe le brioches nel sacchetto, arrivo a casa, apro il sacchetto e vedo che la Mammola che mi è stata data è la metà di quelle presenti nel vassoio, due erano di misura normale, più ce n'era una uscita male decisamente più piccola, direi mignon, ovviamente allo stesso costo, krapfen riempiti di marmellata insufficiente, praticamente non l'abbiamo trovata la marmellata ai frutti di bosco...(servita da sorella brizzolata)...ma io dico, perché ti devi perdere per così poco? E ripeto, non sono una di passaggio che mai più rivedrai, vengo quasi tutte le settimane...alla terza perla mi sa che...

Absolutely the best pastries! Everything is fresh, delicious, and there’s such a great variety — we couldn’t resist trying so many different types because they all looked (and tasted) amazing. The pistachio croissant is my personal favorite — truly a must-try!

The shop itself is clean, spacious, and very welcoming. The service is excellent — the ladies who work there are always smiling and make you feel right at home.

Me and my husband had an amazing experience at this bakery. We found it on Google maps near our stay in Italy and were very satisfied! Everything was fresh and delicious! However, the thing which made this whole experience wonderful is how we were treated by one of the employees. She (a young girl with short a bit curly hair and in glasses) provided a very good service in English. Thank you very much!...
