A must-eat restaurant in that area! From the outside it doesn’t look that attractive, but inside is a pure comfort. The table setting is equal to 5star hotel restaurant with top tableware and service. The waitress, probably the wife of the cook, is from Colombia is super friendly and speaks some English as well. The quality of food - equal to Michelin restaurant, but 3 times cheaper. The cook, Italian guy, is the owner and is a real professional plus very nice person. Sea view is also a great bonus. El restaurant Ai Torchi en Bussana Italia es un restaurant muy acogedor y muy bonito. Está ubicado frente al mar en una pequeña altura, dando paso a la suave brisa que acaricia el rostro de los que estamos ahí. Su comida está bien presentada y elaborada, y sobretodo, bien servida, por su proprietaria Skai, una joven chica muy simpatica y agradable, que con su sonrisa y atención, hace que todos los que estemos ahi nos sintamos muy bien y con gusto de disfrutar las delicias que ofrecen. El Chef de la cocina,el otro proprietario,bien merita un elogio, porque él, es quien pone todo su amor y creación para que los platos sean de buena calidad y que personas como yo ,disfruten de un buen momento al comerlos. Para todas aquellas personas que visiten Sanremo o las ciudades que estan a su alrededor, yo les invito a descubrir este pequeño y simple, pero acogedor restaurant al borde del mar a Bussana Italia.
