Ristorante Bruno — Restaurant in Sanremo

We got a recommendation for this restaurant from the beach bar next to it and it was really good recommendation. It was almost fully reserved, so we got a table inside the restaurant. The glass of prosseco was offered, amuse-bouche. We had tuna for entre - was amzing! The homemade pasta with sea food, probably the best pasta in this trip to Italy! Gnocchi - I’m not a fan of them in general, but it was good. And the dessert - cheese cake (homemade, not american style), they had it with nutella and with strawberries, they offered to have half/half and try both in this way. Really...

Wir waren im Restaurant „Bruno“ zum Abendessen. Abgesehen von der tollen Sicht auf das Meer, war es auch kulinarisch ein rundum gelungener Abend.

Das Essen war ein Traum und der Service sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich!

Als Gruß aus der Küche gab es kleine Garnelen in einer Topinamburcreme und für mich Cocktailtomaten mit einer feinen Frischkäsecreme. Sehr aufmerksam vom Service, da ich zu Anfangs bei einigen Gerichten gefragt hatte, ob diese Krustentiere enthalten, da ich allergisch bin.

Ich hatte eine Art Tunfischtartar als Aperitif, als Primi: mit Ricotta und Spinat gefüllte Ravioli an Ragout und als Secondi: gegrillten Tunfisch (perfekt medium gegrillt). Jeder Gang war hervorragend. Mein Freund hatte noch ein Dessert „volcano“. Ein kleines Küchelchen mit Schokoladenfüllung an einer Kugel selbstgemachtem Himbeereis. Das Küchelchen wurde zusätzlich noch mit Sahne und selbstgemachter Karamellsosse serviert. Ein TRAUM Was anderes kann man nicht sagen. Besonders das Eis war ein Gedicht! Für mich, das beste Eis, das ich hier in der Gegend überhaupt gegessen habe.

Als Aufmerksamkeit zum Abschluss, gab es Limoncello und 2 kleine Windbeutel und 2 kleine Baiser.

Sollte ich wieder in Sanremo sein, werde ich auf jeden Fall dort wieder essen gehen!

Una gita domenicale a Bussana, quando i raggi del sole cominciano ad accarezzare la pelle e l'azzurro del cielo incontra quello del mare, ci ha regalato una giornata diversa che non avrebbe potuto non mettere in conto un pasto sul posto. Così, incuriositi da quanto riferito da amici, abbiamo deciso di pranzare al Ristorante Bruno. Ambiente accogliente, ma senza fronzoli; ottimo servizio e cibo particolarmente buono. Porzioni generose, pasta fresca preparata dai proprietari (ottime tagliatelle al nero di seppia), così come per il pane (ben lievitato e ben cotto) e per il dolce (non tutti sanno preparare una buona panna cotta). Abbiamo apprezzato tanto il rapporto cibo-condimento: poco salato e bilanciato quanto basta per non dover "incantare" il cliente con un sapore deciso che spesso preclude la possibilità di gustare e apprezzare la pietanza per le sue peculiarità. Rapporto qualità-prezzo nella norma, vuoi per la qualità del prodotto, vuoi per per il periodo che sicuramente non aiuta il settore... Quindi, possiamo dire che le nostre aspettative hanno trovato il giusto riscontro.
