Straordinario — Restaurant in Sanremo

Not pleasant experience. At first the waitress seemed nice and welcoming . I was having an apperativo with my daughter and my friend. We were having a very good time and sang songs a little. We didn't notice how the time was approaching for the bar to close and one waitress came to ask how we are paying. We got the hint and i took out my wallet. Then the working personal became very aggressive towards us, i guess for us staying late. We excused ourselves and started getting our things together. So instead of being polite they started showing their attitude when I asked for the detailed check with prices, for what the waitress replied that she cannot give it to me, she can only give it to me after i pay. ( That sounded very strange to me) i didnt want to make a scene, and besides my Italian is not so good unfortunately, but i always try to speak it, so i paid . And when she gave me that detailed scontrino, i found that some of the prices didn't match. On my questions "why is that ?" the waitress became even more angrier, and said that the menue that we had on a table was actually old menue. So on my question " what old menue doing on our table and why didn't we have new menue when we sat down" she just exploded! She threw the price difference money into my face, i was shocked. As we were leaving the Bar i could feel how discustingly the personal "were washing our bones" and discussed us. In almost 5 years of living in San Remo i did not experience such horrible service. This was our first and last time being here . And of course i would not recommend it to anyone. And if someone will want to go there, i will definitely talk...

Straordinario è diventato il punto di ritrovo costante, per trascorrere una piacevole serata, insieme al mio gruppo di amici. Gli stuzzichini sono invitanti, anche perché frutto di materie prime ricercate. C'è molta attenzione verso il Cliente e, personalmente, non ho mai avuto incontri "ravvicinati" con terzi incomodi che non fossero cibo di qualità. Per chi ama le crostate, come me, consiglio assolutamente di assaggiare quelle di Francesca... una meraviglia! Infine un plauso particolare meritano la simpatia di Giada M., punto di riferimento per il locale, ed il cameriere Leonardo, che con la sua professionalità e la sua attenzione nei confronti del Cliente, anticipa sempre le nostre richieste, seguendoci già con bottiglia di vino e...

Plat du jour; pâtes, champignons et saucisses. Pas de préparation en cuisine,donc comme le cuisinier,il faut prendre son temps pour être servi. Pourtant il y avait peu de clients attablés. Goût : sans plus. 6€ le plat de pâtes ( foccace sur la facture). Bien qu'en bordure d'une route passante, le bruit est estompé par une vitre qui Vous protège des passants. Sièges confortables et tables propres. Serveuse est pétillante et efficace. Beaux WC mixte, il y a bien un homme grandeur nature au niveau du lavabo, par pitié messieurs, avancez vous plus à droite {;-), les toilettes mixtes y sont spacieuses et propre, pour les handicapés, peut être pas aux nouvelles normes mais bon, plus au moins accessibles, mais l'électricité y...
