Terrible service ! Arrive 21:35 speak the the staff outside and sit 9 mins and trying to attract the attention of the staff changing ashtrays and those talking to the off duty staff sometime later the off duty staff member saw my frustration and went to fetch me a staff member to take my order several more minutes pass Order MacAllan 12 only to be told they only have 10 18 or 20 🤣🤣 none of which are listed on the menu or even exist Used my Italian to order as I’ve lived here for 15 years and still we struggled to order what was on the menu Drink arrives after a quick pause (redeeming service at this point) however When finished the first one and thinking I’d like another when I called out to the lady staff member (politely) to get her attention as she was doing her best to ignore the paying guests I was mumbled at in Italian and not served Waited another 5 mins then gave up went to pay told the manager I was not happy with service - didn’t care- told the gentleman taking payment wasn’t happy with service - didn’t care Reiterated disappointment when leaving - manager didn’t care I’m sure you are busy enough that you don’t need extra custom and that’s why you ignore non regulars but I’m also sure that neither I nor any of my 10 crew will be back and I will encourage all of the boats on the dock to enjoy the hospitality of other venues which put...

1st time having sushi in Italy & it did not disappoint. Also, excellent oysters natural. The service started well, but declined after our main courses were served. Eventually our table was cleared & we looked at the menu again to order dessert & another drink. The wait staff were not interested in coming anywhere near our table, or even looking towards us as we were trying to get their attention. We decided instead to just ask for our account & go elsewhere to finish our meal. This also took two times to eventually settled our account. Also the wait staff who took our card payment was on her headset talking to someone & complaining about the day whilst she was taking out card payment. Update: response to your reply: there was 2 of us, we consumed 3 beers and 2 pina colladas each in the 2 hours we were there not 1 hour, we were throwing up in the night and on toilet all day following with extreme illness, we were unable to leave our rooms as so ill, we are still ill today, see message to our hotel reception attached asking for assistance, we are used to drinking alcohol and no way such a small amount could make anyone extremely ill unless your beer was also spoiled, take responsibility and improve your food hygiene, this has ruined our short...
