2 stelle rappresentano la media tra l’eccellente qualità delle pietanze (5) e la pessima modalità di gestire ordinazioni e relativi prezzi dei piatti (0) . Abbiamo scelto due antipasti misti ( 24€ a testa per 10/12 assaggi ) e, durante l’ordine, i proprietari ( non i camerieri) rilanciano chiedendoci se avessimo voluto aggiungere anche dei crudi. Acconsentiamo, non ci viene esplicitato il costo in quanto certi sarebbe stato ragionevole e commisurato a quanto ordinato. I piatti arrivano e sono una decina ( ma non dovevano essere 10/12 + i crudi?) per un costo di 121€, letteralmente presi dalle tasche. Questo approccio opaco e furbesco di gestire il cliente fa parte di un mondo che non esiste più, oggi la relazione con il cliente conta tanto quanto la qualità del cibo offerto.
