I will never be able to tell you if the bar has a good view. The view of the rude owner is something though and would put off other dog owners resting in this otherwise interesting village. I took my small dog (4kgs) with me in to the bar around 10.30 in the morning. The owner swiftly moved from behind the bar to open the door and show me out with the words, (I think) that dogs weren't allowed. Astonishing really as she has been welcomed in to the best of restaurants in Sardinia. I suspect there are many other businesses in the village that would have welcomed my patronage but they will never have it. I went back to the car and drove to a far more welcoming bar...
