Definitely the absolute best pasta I have had in Sicily. The owner, Calogero, makes all the pasta in house and everything was amazing. The Carbonara is the best I have ever had anywhere. The place has a great vibe and it is well air conditioned and the staff is warm and friendly and very accommodating. I strongly recommend this place. It is definitely a destination restaurant.

Followed Google maps to this restaurant for lunch and boy were we glad we did. The sea food pasta was delicious, and the kids' freshly made pasta was also delicious. We finished the meal off with a couple of cannelloni and some chocolate and pistachio balls. An amazing meal, easy to see why it's full of locals. Definitely worth leaving the highway for a meal!

Ci siamo stati oggi lho scelto in base alle recensioni che avevo letto, in effetti non mi sono sbagliata perché le recensioni erano reali e confermo la mia recensione, che super reale perché, ci siamo trovati troppo bene ci sono tante cose da mangiare buone ,e ti fanno la pasta che ti piace o ti propongono il piatto del giorno, che oggi erano paccheri con tonno ,capperi ,poi mette una sua mollica sopra la pasta che è una goduria , ho notato che usano la pasta rummo , la mia preferita perché porosa e trattiene bene i sughi .... niente devo dire che io mi arricriaiiiii detto nel nostro dialetto ,perché ho scelto di fare le vacanze nella mia terra e qui si mangia da Diooooo..Ai bambini abbiamo preso le lasagna buone come quelle della nonna ,belle gustose con la besciamella e poi gli anellini con il ragù , pure buoni e le cotolette di pollo con le patate al forno.... era tutto buono tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato compreso il caffè !!! Torniamo sabato !!!!

Fantastic spot to have a delicious pasta in a great athmosphere. We were a family of three of not speaking a single Italian word but we were still treated like a family.
