Food is a good 4.5/5 stars, the quality of the fish is great. However, the service was so unprofessional and awkward, it left the table blush. The two guys should really use a course for waitressing, not even a “thanks” or “please”, running without listening to the clients’ orders. We were ordering wine and the guy didn’t wait for us to tell him the end of the name or the date ( as there were 5 of the same wine from different years), we had to stop him to clarify and he was really rude. Local secret spot for raw fish. We really had a good eavening with fresh delicious local seafood. Staff friendly and attentive, interior quit appealing but nothing to extraordinary. Quality of food generally good, sometimes over the top With the salt amount, and both pasta dishes were slightly too much Al dente for my taste. Frequentiamo questo ristorante da anni e ogni volta che torniamo, è come ritrovare un luogo del cuore. Per noi, che veniamo da Milano, la trasferta fino a Senigallia è ormai una tradizione felice, un viaggio che affrontiamo con entusiasmo sapendo che ci attende un’esperienza che non delude mai. Anzi, riesce ogni volta a sorprenderci.

Il locale è il perfetto connubio tra raffinatezza moderna e atmosfera rilassata, con un’estetica curata nei minimi dettagli che riflette perfettamente l’anima della cucina: elegante, innovativa, ma profondamente legata al mare.

Il pesce è protagonista assoluto, lavorato con maestria e rispetto, presentato in piatti che sono un equilibrio perfetto tra gusto, tecnica e bellezza. Dai crudi sublimi ai primi intensi, ogni portata è una dichiarazione d’amore al mare Adriatico, reinterpretata con intelligenza e creatività.
