McDonald's — Restaurant in Silea

First off, the food. I ordered a bacon and chicken burger, a mcflurry, and a latte machiato. I didn't quite like the taste of the burger, but it did taste fresh. Not like a frozen burger that was just taken out and warmed up at all. The mcflurry was also good and tasty. Although it did melt quickly. The latte machiato was more milky than I expected, but that was just a matter of taste preference. Overall, the food and drinks seemed very good.

The service was great as well, at least, from what I did hear. I was at the toilet while they brought over the food. My parents were at the table when they brought the food. My dad told me the staff was friendly, and even asked if we wanted the mcflurry afterwards, so it didn't melt. (My dad said give it all at once, so the mcflurry melted.) I am gonna give the service 4 stars instead of 5, though, and I'll explain why. Coming back to the toilet, it wasn't clean. The floor was littered in toilet paper and either (toilet?)water or pee. Mind you, I was in the women's restrooms. One of the two toilet doors was also locked constantly. It didn't seem like anyone was actually in there. My mom went like 20 minutes after me, and it was still locked. This also ties into the 3 stars I gave to the atmosphere.

Speaking of the atmosphere, there were multiple small annoyances I had, which made the atmosphere not great. Still talking about the restrooms, the music was really loud there. It was not relaxing at all, for a restroom. Furthermore, the couches and seats were all wooden and thus hard. They were not comfortable to sit on. Lastly, it seems like the place doesn't know which theme/style it's going for. At first glance, the place looks modern with white and wood. But then the seats have those old style red and green striped seats and such.

Terrible McDonald's. We had ordered at the same time as others with whom we were together, we had sat down they got their food. Detail: we have a Happy Meal and a chicken Mcwrap. We didn't have our food fifteen minutes later, so I got up to go look. When I walked towards the counter I thought I saw a tray with our food, so I sat back down. After five minutes we still had nothing so then I did walk to the counter, I asked how far our food was and I got the comment if I had the number on the table (yes) and that she was going to make it right away. When I then sat down and waited a while it was still not there. I walked to the counter again and said that it had already been more than half an hour and that the people we were with had already ordered and received something again twice. After I had said this they were only going to make it and after waiting there for a while I got a tray pressed in my hands, when I was sitting I found out that the sauces and other things were still missing. When I arrived there for the third time I mainly got an irritated look and got the sauses and I was told the toy would come later. Final score waited another...

This Mc’donalds is expensive and bad. Firstly I ordered a menu with a burger and salad with Coca Cola 0.4l. I received order in a decent amount of time and then they expected me to eat with my hands🗿. I did not receive any straw for my cup with Coca Cola and not any fork for my salad, the salad wasnt seasoned. I went to get the fork and the straw and they did not speak english!? Then they said I can eat with my hands. I was suprised and told them to give me that straw and fork. I needed to explain what fork/straw is like they never heard the word “straw”/“fork”. My friend also experienced pretty the same issue, and also send his own review. I am dissapointed and will not go there again.
