The Nautilus Lunch Restaurant Cocktail & Wine Bar is our favourite spot to take in the sunset or just relax.

After 9 years coming to this most wonderful hotel, it does get better each time!

The Gagliardi family and the staff work hard to make improvements year after year.

The past few years a new head barman called Emanuele has taken on the role and he gets better each year as well, fine tuning his cocktail and service skills.

He’s now an expert in creating the perfect “James Bond Martini” as well many other specialty drinks.

Always service with a smile and kind chat he now has help from Manuela in providing even better service to the guests.

In the daytime our dear “Lady Vera” provides coffee service and does her best to teach us Italian, she’s the most lovely person also.

Wonderful food and drinks all day – any day.

What makes this place so wonderful is not the sea nor the view – it’s the people who work here as they enjoy what they do and it shows.

I stayed at Hotel Aurora for 5 wonderful days. Each and every member of staff was very friendly and helpful, especially dealing with my very limited Italian. I stayed in the peony room which had a great terrace with a wonderful view. The entire hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was great and the lunch menu was delightful.
