This restaurant was recommended to us by a local, so we went on trust. Indeed, its location is excellent, the food was very well cooked, the waitresses tried to be kind. These would be the good points of the place. The weak aspects are: - lack of flexibility in adapting the menu to the client's requirements (only what is written, very strictly, in the menu can be offered); - the rigid attitude (even attempts at jokes are unsuccessful and rigid) of the staff; it can be seen that they have a very authoritarian management; - some tables (the best) are not available to "mere mortals" - although there is no sign on them to indicate that they have been reserved in advance; - the prices are excessively high; you don't eat landscapes, and good chefs have other restaurants as well. Premetto che siamo venuti in questo ristorante consigliati da un amico che normalmente ci fa sempre provare posti eccellenti. Partiamo dal servizio. Ragazzi giovani, carini ma decisamente inesperti. E quello che ti chiede se vuoi l'acqua quando te ne sono appena arrivate due bottiglie sul tavolo, e sempre quello che per farti assaggiare il vino ne versa mezzo sul tavolo, e il bicchiere scheggiato, e ti portano via i calici a fine cena anche se non sono vuoti... insomma, maluccio. Poi arriviamo al cibo. Assaggiato alici fritte e insalata di mare come antipasto, tutto arrivato in tempi di strarecord. Le alici senza infamia e senza lode, fresche ma frittura non croccante né fragrante. Insalata di mare ni. Il polpo era duro proprio, che per 20€ di antipasto uno se lo aspetta morbido il polpo. Sui primi non mi posso esprimere perché non li ho provati. Come secondo ho assaggiato il tonno cotto al forno con granella di pistacchi e sinceramente era troppo cotto e con troppo pistacchio che copriva completamente il sapore del tonno. E poi il filetto di pescato con patate e olive, che ho dovuto chiedere che pesce era perché non mi era stato detto. Pesce fresco ma i sapori non avevano legato, patate crude e olive che sembravano passare per caso. Anche qui va tutto bene, ma più di 25€ per 150 grammi di spigola, uno se la aspetta meglio ecco. Che dire, mi spiace fare una recensione così brutta, ma corrisponde alla serata che abbiamo passato e sinceramente la seconda stella è più per la fiducia e per l'affetto verso chi ce l'ha consigliato, che...

2023 Back again with our family and friends. We all had a great time with the friendly owner and staff as always. Food is even better with some more traditional dishes.
