Excellent family-run hotel. What you see from the cuisine was "Tagliatelle faii a mano con ragù bianco al grigio del Casentino" and, as a main course, "Tagliata al pepe verde con sformatino agli asparagi" (I forgot to take the snapshot after starting to eat) + a bottle of "vino sfuso" + dessert (I skipped the traditional Tuscan starters) = 25€. I definitely recommend it.

excellent restaurant with its own special old school atmosphere. Absolutely everything is very tasty! The 70's style hotel is very clean, the toilets are not in the rooms, they are shared. Of the minuses - very high audibility, there were noisy neighbors that interfered with sleep.

Chenno...speciale!!ottimo ristorante,si mangia molto bene,servizio impeccabile,personale professionale e simpatico alla mano che ti fa sentire a casa...prezzi adeguati in proporzione con le prelibatezze da gustare,ottima qualità e quantità della materie prime per porzione. Lo consiglio vivamente,e consiglio anche l'uso delle stanze a prezzo più che ottimo situate al di sopra del ristorante,pulite grande ,fornite dei comfort essenziali. Da ritornare al più presto a degustare nuovi piatti peccato solo per la distanza da casa.

I was having a hiking vacation and Subbiano was the starting point for my hike. The hotel is a pleasant, quite small one and it has been operating for over 50 years. The owner was really friendly and helpful as all the staff. The price-quality ratio was excellent as I booked a room with shared bathroom. The food in the restaurant was outstading too. A great choice...
