Amazing tasty fresh piedmont Italian restaurant, family owned which delighted us with best Parma ham and creamiest buratta ever. Vino della casa was velvety and rounded which went well with our special request for plain tomato spaghetti ( so so good) and the menu dish of delicately seared scallops and the creamy nuttiness of Jerusalem artichokes. This is an authentic Italian cuisine restaurant with veteran Italian chefs. The menu choice is just amazing. I’ve tried also some of the “a la carte” dishes and the meat is good quality and cooked properly. I’ll try the fish dishes next time; I’m sure it will not let me down.
