First thing, and most important one : the food is absolutely amazing, I had some of the best pastas I ever had in my life (fennel and hazelnuts) and god knows I ate some … And then, what makes the difference and made us come a second time : the restaurant in itself is the most charming place with an arched room, a view on the mountains. Se potessi aggiungerei almeno altre 2 stelle. Sono stato in questo suggestivo ristorante con la mia famiglia per trascorrere un sabato sera fuori città e ho scoperto che l'unità d'Italia continua anche nella tradizione culinaria. Infatti in questo posto la cucina è il trait d'union tra mare è terra,passato e presente ,una loocation raffinata e accogliente situata in un contesto molto pittoresco che si sviluppa tra stradine ed architetture medievali che ti regalano sensazioni uniche. L'ospitalità del personale e dello chef sono davvero familiari con un tocco di classe che ti fanno sentire coccolati e privilegiati.Il piatto forte sono le ricette con abbinamenti di grande equilibrio,cotture delicate per esaltare i sapori delle materie prime tutte fresche selezionate e molto ben assemblate nella presentazione e nell'equilibrio gustativo/tattile ,porzioni non misere ma soddisfacenti. Racchiudo questo vissuto come paragonabile ad un arcobaleno,un ventaglio di sapori, gusti colori e consistenze tali da farti vivere una sublime esperienza sensoriale a 360 °.
