So I’m in Italy, with my best friend of 42 years and his brother who are both Italian and speak Italian. They know I am a sushi snob and I usually eat at Mako Sushi in Arcadia California which is top-notch. So they tell me we’re going for all you can eat Sushi, and I have dread in my heart. But then we arrived and everything changed. Like spring showers bringing May flowers.
The restaurant is very modern looking and appealing. They have LED lighting. Everything is well placed. Each table has its own tablet to order each course of your meal. Everything is clearly labeled and easy to understand with pictures even if you don’t read Italian. They have pictures of each dish and an explanation if you click on it. Underneath the explanation is a place you can ask the chef for special request.
It’s €25 per person all you can eat. Drinks, sauces, dessert and coffees are extra but at a nominal price. The quality of the fish was above grade for an all you can eat sushi place. It was all fresh with good color, texture and density. It did not fall apart. The taste was exactly what I would expect from someplace at a much higher price. The service was fast but accurate and precise. We would put in a drink order and within two minutes it would arrive. Our dishes started arriving within five minutes. Everything from the beginning to the end was delicious. Notably at 7:30 there were only two people in the restaurant prior to us but by 8 PM the restaurant was at least 50% full on a Thursday evening. Remarkable.
I guess some people may have gone on what might’ve been a bad night, but our night was excellent! The three of us enjoyed ourselves over the course of the evening. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re a tourist. I will post some pictures after this. Look at the presentation on the desserts, just delightful. In fact, the presentation for each dish was remarkable and not something I see commonly in the US. If you are traveling by Termoli, Italy, I highly recommend you stop and eat here if...

The noodle dish was filled with the scent of fire and it was so delicious. The amount of rice in sushi was also good. I like it because the amount of rice is smaller than when I came here a year ago! I could see that every dish was fresh and attentive to everything! Every time I visit Thermoli, I will...
