Found this gluten free bakery with the AiC approval (Italian celiac association). The pastries were very tasty and the savory items were also good. Very reasonable prices. They also have GF bread which they can make a panini with. It's not super crisp on the outside, but it was good and soft on the inside. My husband eats gluten and likes the consistency. It didn't just crumble apart like many GF bread items.

Nonostante i prezzi davvero troppo alti (per non parlare di quelli dei prodotti gluten free) li ho sempre applauditi per essere gli unici (a Terni siamo indietro 10 anni) a fornire un prodotto di buona qualità e non industriale per noi celiaci (FdBabette lasciamo perdere brrrr) ma anche il servizio conta. Ed avendo un’esercizio Google business so che ci vogliono 20 secondi per impostare la chiusura per ferie sugli orari e non solo scriverlo nelle sotto note a pie’ pagina. Non tutti vivono in centro, farsi 20 minuti di auto con questo caldo per poi trovare chiuso è stato alquanto frustrante. AGGIORNAMENTO: Un plauso per la professionalità e cortesia nella risposta da parte dello staff.

Il forno Ramozzi è a Terni un punto di riferimento da tempo. É lo é diventato anche per la celiachia e gli intolleranti al glutine. Pizza al taglio, pane e dolci alla crema, al cioccolato e alla marmellata rigorosamente gluten free. Il laboratorio della cucina per i prodotti senza glutine é separato da quello dei prodotti con glutine. Alcune ricette sono da mettere a punto, ma nel mondo del "senza glutine" é normale: gli ingredienti sono sempre in continua evoluzione. É bello sapere dove andare quando vuoi fare uno spuntino veloce o una merenda... anche con tutta la famiglia visto che c'è anche ampia scelta di prodotti con glutine (in un banco completamente seperato).

Great bar and bakery. Has two bakeries one for gluten free pizza and bread and sweets and the other for regular baked goods. Wide variety of breads and pizza. Also serves lunch with a choice of vegetables, pasta and meat or cold...
