An original👍🏻 if u want to experience a simple bistro dining with wholesome home cooked dishes and familial service, give yourself an experience at Il Bistro 👍🏻 old posters showing Escher and photos from years past, the setting, the seating, the decor .. it’s so simple you are comfortable being back in time .. in a sense cos it depends on your age and experience in dining in different countries/culture. This was our 2nd visit since Apr this year .. we enjoyed our dishes as before and highly recommend that you experience it for yourself. We had Polpette/Meatballs, Caponata/slow-cooked warm veggie served like a simple stew, Salmon Pasta n pesto pasta … be adventurous 👍🏻 Chef Rocco recommended, cooked n served us .....

Siamo tornati al Bistrò dopo 5 anni. Amici comuni ci avevano fatto conoscere il posto e i gestori. È bello vedere che certe cose non cambiano. Ambiente semplice e accogliente e quando si dice famigliare si intende di famiglia che somma diversità geografiche che però si amalgamano in un menù che spazia dal piemontese fino al siciliano. Inaspettatamente qui ad esempio si può gustare una vera caponata siciliana inserita tra gli antipasti ma devo dire che anche il pane all'anice stellato trovato ieri a sorpresa ci ha deliziato (non si trova sulla carta del menù). Ovviamente da assaggiare anche i formaggi locali. I prezzi sono veramente per tutte le tasche e se non abitassi a centinaia di km sarei più qui che...
