I arrived shortly after they'd opened at lunchtime. The atmosphere was chilled, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The chef was whistling (I found that lovely!) and took his time on the dishes, which were absolutely delicious.
I had the malloreddus al ragu' bianco di pecora (sheep's ragu with gnocci-esque homemade pasta). The sauce was divine - I believe it was with sage and sheep's cheese. For dessert, I had the seadas, a typical dish of the island. It had ricotta inside as well as lemon sorbet on the side. I was very happy with what I chose. The menu seems to be seasonal, as I didn't notice seafood on it this time.
