Su Stancu — Restaurant in Tortolì

I just read the comments of the owner on my update of the original remarks a year ago.

I can not help myself but reading his remarks it shows his neglect of customers giving a feedback. I have not been abusive so I wonder why he needs to get abusive. He/She should put his efforts and energy in trying to accommodate his customers. I have not changed my rating based on his remarks. Since his comments did not change my experience during my last visit. My rating is based on Eating, Service and Ambience, not on his comments.

This is an update 1 year later. I ordered today just a Caesar Salad with grilled chicken. However, the meat definatly looked like pork. No chance that this was chicken. The salad was prepared very poorly and had no taste. The staff was not excited to see us. Not even one smile or look in the eye. Looking at the beach when taking the order does not give the feeling of being wellcomed. The prices for food and drinks are perfectly ok for the location. Below you find my comments 1 year ago. Somehow different.

We stopped here today to have a quick coffee. However, we had a pizza and french fries, ice tea and cappuccino. The pizza was very good. The French fries could have been a little more cross. We normally love the food here however the ginger haired, ginger bearded main waiter is so rude. We just wanted to ask where to wait at the side and how it worked as the restaurant was busy, we were happy to wait. He was dismissive straight away and rude to my wife who is italian so there were no language barriers. He was confrontational and said she was rude, the manager did not care, they have no concept of service and i was then angry with him, his only response was “you wait one hour now” and when i said we would not be eating there now he said “ok, bye”. We was there to drink just a coffee and then we decided to stay longer to take the dinner . We ask in english if we can stay longer to eat . Nobody can speak English so we translated and we ask again . Besides that they answered us really unfriendly that we should wait . We waited half hour without answer and when we ask again she yelled at me .. what we want .. anyway we stayed because we was hungry.. we ate pizza . Pizza was ok. Service slow . Now when I see your answer why I gave you just 3 Star . I would like to give you just one but I'm correct . That 3 Star was for the Cook...
