Casa Mia Ristorante Pizzeria — Restaurant in Trecase

I have been in Italy for two weeks. My husband and I came in randomly after our VRBO recommended it.

It did NOT disappoint at all.

Everyone is super friendly. We don't speak Italian but they made it work. Their menu is online so it let's you choose your language..

The food is to die for. We had the Eggplant Meatballs appetizer and the Gnocchi entrees. Plenty enough food and we are leaving STUFFED.

The ambience is quaint and cute.

As I said, in the two weeks I've been in italy, this is the BEST food...

One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to! The gnocchi literally melted in my mouth, delicate and full of flavor. The Neapolitan pizza was outstanding – the sauce was perfectly seasoned, and the dough was light, soft, and fluffy. The staff expertly paired the wine, which complemented the meal beautifully. For dessert, I had tiramisu, and it was spot on – perfectly creamy, light, and full of flavor. Simple, authentic Italian cuisine at its finest....

Pensavo fosse una trattoria, in realtà anche se il menù è ricco di tradizione è decisamente un ristorante. Ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Impianto piacevole e snello, prodotti di qualità, carta dei vini adeguata con tante aziende campane. Personale devo dire a dispetto della giovane età, preparato discreto e cordiale. Non si avverte improvvisazione. Tutto misurato in un ambiente altrettanto piacevole per quanto raccolto. Hanno 3 sale, una pergotenda lato strada un terrazzino e una sala interna dalla quale si vee la cucina all'opera. Ho detto che è stato una bella sorpresa scoprire che in realtà è un ristorante perché non esistono più. Buona parte degli avventori di oggi di un ristorante pensa di andare da Cracco pagando come da zì Aniello. Buona parte dei ristoratori sono zì Aniello che impatta come Cracco. Gourmet è una parola abusata e non compresa. Non andrei mai a sedermi tutti i giorni in un ristorante gourmet, anche se avessi il portafogli adatto. Ma in un ristorante come casa mia si. Il gourmet è lavoro di ricerca e tanta, tantissima attenzione al dettaglio. Diventa un impegno intellettuale. Non è per tutti. Tutti sappiamo che un Picasso ha un gran valore, pochi capiscono il perché. Casa mia è un ristorante, perché? Perché non è un quadro, è un affaccio sul panorama del golfo dal Vesuvio. È bello, ti emoziona, e in cuor suo chiunque...
