Ristorante biologico con piatti per tutti i gusti: onnivori, vegetariani e vegani.

Il ristorante è piccolo ma accogliente, si possono gustare prodotti di stagione e molti prodotti da agricoltura biologica provenienti direttamente dal negozio della catena CuoreBio che è sapientemete ricavato in una zona iniziale del locale.

Il personale è cortese e non disdegnano di scambiare quattro chiacchere durante e al termine del pasto.

Unico neo, volendone trovare uno, è la velocità non proprio eccellente del servizio.

Il ristorante è un po' fuori dalla strada principale ma molto facile da trovare. Avevamo ottimi antipasti, pasta e portate principali. Ce n'è per tutti i gusti: piatti vegetariani, vegani ma anche di carne. Il menu è spiegato e descritto con molto amore, il cibo è ottimo, preparato al momento e cucinato con ingredienti molto raffinati. Ritorneremo sicuramente perché è una vera risorsa in Friuli.
