Buffet Pizzeria Rino — Restaurant in Trieste

Went there because it looked like a good restaurant in the surroundings of our accommodation in Opicina. The restaurant was quite crowded. The waiter asked if we had booked and we said no. She put “a face” and said “no, no” with bad manners. Then we asked if we could wait since we were not in a hurry. She was not interested at all.

We came here after our trip to Ljubjana. It was a last minute decision and we were very lucky! The staff here is very nice and kind people and made great suggestions to us about what to eat.

We took pasta with gulash and ljubjanska (idk how its written lol) and it was amazingg! It was very delicious. And overall we had a very lovely night there.

The atmosphere was cosy and it is such a family restaurant, 10/10...

The food was awesome, the best pizza I ever had. We also had the Gnocchi, they were mediocre at best. The sauce bologna was good though.
