A dough that is so skillfully made that it's simply put: mesmerizing

Crispy outside, soft and fluffy on the inside

Pizza selection is wide and offers many interesting combinations that are well thought and well executed

They offer dipping sauces to enjoy the pizza borders at the end of your meal and while this is a thing abroad, it's the very first time I've ever seen it in a truly authentic italian pizza. It just makes so much sense that more places should start doing it I only wish they had a bit more variety of these sauces, maybe even cheese based or something like that. The aioli in my opinion doesn't really belong on pizza and their aioli feels a bit heavier than the one you'd get in Spain Their nduja and honey sauce is an incredible idea that I absolutely love, however after you finished your pizza, the sauce comes off as a bit too sweet and heavy on the honey, which makes it not too pleasant after a while and you'd very much rather eat the pizza border on their own because they're already so delicious

La presente recensione riguarda la serata di domenica 29 giugno in cui la sede Binaria di Torino aveva un guasto all’impianto di condizionamento ma ha scelto non si sa come di rimanere comunque aperta. Premesso che in sede di prenotazione (ore 19), nessuno ci aveva avvisato del problema, siamo arrivati (2 persone) ed abbiamo appurato che l’aria nel locale era IRRESPIRABILE, nè era prevista alcuna apertura per arieggiare il locale. La sala era piena di clienti sofferenti, che si sventolavano con mezzi di fortuna , il personale ai forni in chiara difficoltà. La situazione era fuori controllo, ai limiti della legalità. Molti-soprattutto anziani- si sono alzati lasciando mezza pizza nel piatto a causa del fatto che non si respirava. Tutti si lamentavano. Noi ci siamo trattenuti il tempo necessario a mangiare, 30 (TRENTA) minuti per poi fuggire sofferenti Ritengo che in condizioni simili il servizio non possa essere erogato in quanto vi assicuro che la sala NON era vivibile , sia per il personale che per i clienti. Ritengo inoltre una grande scorrettezza non informare chi prenota, magari muovendosi da lontano, del problema, se anche il problema si fosse manifestato tardi, noi abbiamo prenotato tardi quando già si sapeva. Ultima beffa, infine, far pagare persino il coperto ai Clienti, questo è davvero inaccettabile non tanto per i 4 euro ma perché in condizioni di simile disagio dovreste per lo meno prevedere un minimo di trattamento verso i clienti, pagare un servizio per rischiare un malore è inaccettabile. La vostra pizza è sempre ottima ma ieri avete avuto una caduta di stile davvero incomprensibile, dal mio punto di vista è meglio rimanere chiusi e rinunciare all’incasso di una serata che avere un tale danno...

While the wait between ordering and eating might be a little bit too long, the pizza is extremely good, the ingredients are very fresh and you can expect a dough that does not sag under its own weight but it's not overly crunchy. The price is a bit higher than the city's average and I personally don't love the beer selection.
