Italy Inn Pizzeria — Restaurant in Turin

This restaurant is definitely a must if you are in the neighbourhood. The arancini with ragu are amazing, probably the best I've ever had, now I regret not getting at least two more. The four-cheese pizza was also great, full of flavour and the portions are so big that I had to ask for a box to take the rest of the slices with me even though I was starving when I entered the restaurant.

The personnel are also very lovely, especially the young woman with a big smile who served me and delivered everything despite my lack of Italian skills :) I'll definitely be back if I'm in Turin again.

Da qualche mese prendo la pizza a domicilio da questa pizzeria. La pizza è veramente buona, i prezzi sono leggermente sopra la media ma i prodotti sono di ottima qualità quindi ne vale la pena. Purtroppo il servizio di consegna invece non è all’altezza. Qualcosa sicuramente é da rivedere e riorganizzare. Mi dispiace dare due stelle ma penso che il servizio al cliente debba essere prioritario. Fin da quando abbiamo iniziato a fornirci da Italy Inn abbiamo avuto problemi di orario. Quasi mai puntuali. Dai 15 ai 45 minuti di ritardo. Ogni tanto una pizza sbagliata o qualche dimenticanza sulle bibite ma siamo sempre stati comprensivi. Può sempre capitare l’errore. Due settimane fa invece hanno davvero esagerato. Avevamo ospiti a casa ed abbiamo ordinato 9 pizze. 45 minuti di ritardo con 5 pizze su 9 sbagliate. Alla mia telefonata mi era stato detto che mi avrebbero rifatto le pizze ma erano già le 21.30 e non potevo fare aspettare ancora i miei ospiti che già aspettavano da parecchio. Allora mi hanno promesso uno sconto la volta successiva. Venerdì sera ho ordinato 5 pizze ed ho ricordato il disservizio di due settimane prima. Sinceramente, fossi stato nel titolare, avrei fornito le pizze gratuitamente ma avrei accettato anche uno sconto come segno di scuse. Invece con mio grande dispiacere, sono arrivate le pizze e nessuno sconto è stato applicato. Non una bibita in omaggio e nemmeno la consegna gratuita. Ho pagato quello che dovevo pagare. Mi dispiace perché i ragazzi delle consegne sono sempre stati cordiali ed educati, la pizza (ripeto) è veramente buona, ma dopo un trattamento del genere non compreremo mai più...

we visited Italy with my friends.. Since Italy is always known for its delicious pizzas and pasta we decided to sit at Italy Inn. The staff was very friendly. We asked the pizza chef to suggest us what to choose and it was the best thing we did. The service was much faster than we expected. The taste of the pizza was super delicious. We will be in around this week and hope to have enough time to try all their pizzas before the holidays are over 🙌🏼 I highly recommend...
