A true hidden gem in Turin. It is situated into a secluded area whereby you cannot really tell there would have been such great restaurant. The exterior was already an indication of surprises await. Big platter of Italian biscuits as starter waiting at the table before we got seated. They were of the top 5-star quality. Home made focaccia served warm at the same time. Never seen such high standard for awhile. I would say it is definitely a big win over expensive high end hotels even before the main meal.
Food was excellent. No salt and pepper on the table. Appreciate the chef’s confidence and professionalism. Everything was made with fresh ingredients. The risotto was unforgettable. Fresh seafood incorporated perfectly. The Italian waitress was very professional even trying to translate with her phone to explain us details of the dishes. She was very attentive and served spaghetti separately into small dishes for our children. It was a real high service standard which others should learn from.
Overall decorated into a homely traditional Italian style. Very cosy and lovely. A fresh rose was warmly displayed on the table. Not plastic candles nor plastic plants. All the details into the restaurant have remarkably left us with a top notch excellent dining experience (with children).
We would highly rate it at 10/10 as a very sincere place for a...
Read moreWe were celebrating my birthday a little beforehand and my husband selected this restaurant as a surprise for me. I'm glad he did because we had a marvelous night. The food was delicious, also I had a lot of choices disbait my celiac disease and that's not always obvious. The place itself is small but very cozy and the wine hostess selected for us was just what our dinner needed to be a suburb. We will certainly bring our friends...
