Terrible. We had to wait for an overlong time for the waitress to even get our order and then had to wait for over an hour to get only half of our food. I came with 4 people and after an hour only 2 got their orders. I managed to finish my meal before they served us one more meal and after waiting for another 20 minutes we left without the last one. The food itself was good, nothing extraordinary or great (I had tagliatelle al ragú) and yet it was the only good part of the experience here along with the decorations of the restaurant. The waitresses often confused orders and served random tables, not minding the fact that someone came earlier and has been waiting for so long for a simple order such as fries. The organisation is unusually messy, if you get seated by one of the waiters don't expect the same one to take care of that table, everyone is all over the place which then leads to confusing orders so often. Worst ever restaurant in the whole Italy. Complete chaos, don't expect to be served in an order of taking a table. Have been waiting to place an order almost 30min, while other guests who showed up later were already eating. The food was served an hour after we took the table. I mean, the first dish. The salad which was ordered with a salmon, but arrived at the table pure. Staff was rude when we went to go eat. Was scoffed at when we asked if they were open. “Its 4:30! Of course the kitchen is closed.” Google had said it was open.

Edit to respond to owner: Maybe not be rude and use your head on why we didnt see your blackboard (even a large one) from our hotel room and also why we thought the entirety of your kitchen/bar was open. You have no specifications on what is open and what is closed online. You are rude to anyone that criticises your place in these reviews.
