La Filetteria 1.0 — Restaurant in Unione dei comuni del Distretto Ceramico

If I could give 10 stars I would. This restaurant is a must if you are in the area. What can say everything was amazing from start to finish the meat was absolutely beautiful tender and succulent and tasty starters were exceptional wine was amazing especially the sweet after dinner wine’s, dessert’s are out of this world especially the chocolate fondant with mascarpone and the mint and basil sorbet was to die for , service was outstanding. This restaurant is worth every penny and yes it does cost more than your traditional trattoria or pizzeria but the quality is 10x better than that. And that is what you pay for , it only cost us a bit extra because we drank lots of wine , which was worth every penny by the way. I have read some of the other reviews like Marco and Elena’s reviews and I can honestly say that they have no clue what quality is and complaining about a few extra euros is ridiculous when the service far outweighs many other restaurants. Outstanding Service from Akile!

I just had a fantastic experience at La Filatteria thanks to Akile! His service was exceptional from start to finish.

Akile was incredibly attentive and proactive, always there when we needed something, but never intrusive. His recommendations were spot-on, and he had a thorough knowledge of the menu, ready to answer all our questions. He was also extremely kind and professional, which really contributed to a pleasant atmosphere.

It was refreshing to see someone so dedicated to providing top-notch service. Akile truly made our experience memorable and definitely deserves recognition. I can't wait to come back and see him in...

La Filetteria 1.0, semplicemente un gioiello culinario. Ambiente intimo e raccolto, curato nel minimo dettaglio. Siamo stati accolti con una buonissima entrée di benvenuto, un piccolo uramaki davvero delizioso e che varia di sera in sera. Il pane servito, buonissimo, di vari tipi, insieme ad un piccolo ciotolino dove poter mettere sale, olio e pepe per accompagnarlo. Come antipasto abbiamo scelto due tartare: la tartare di Antonio, con ingredienti segreti, e la tartare di Antonio al tartufo, beh che dire.. due dei miei piatti preferiti! Chicche di polenta ai funghi porcini, primo piatto davvero molto buono, cremoso e morbido, dal sapore dolce ma allo stesso tempo deciso. Per secondo abbiamo optato per un filetto ai funghi porcini, carne di qualità, morbidissima, saporita, davvero molto buona (che nel corso della cena ho potuto scottare su una piastrina bollente portata al tavolo con del sale sopra) insieme ad una porzione di patate al forno. Per concludere abbiamo scelto la degustazione di piccola pasticceria che comprendeva dei bignè con cioccolato fuso servito a parte da poter versare sopra, un cannolo con sopra una crema di frutta secca e scaglie di cioccolato ed un cannolo al cacao, buonissimi, ma non è finita qui perché siamo stati omaggiati di delle buonissime frittelle alla Nutella, una delizia e fine pasto gustosissimo!
